When will my order ship?
All orders are processed in 1–2 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping is typically 3–5 business days after fulfillment.
Do you accept refunds or returns?
For hygiene reasons, all lash products are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours.
Do the ClusterDoll lashes last?
Yes! With proper application and bond, lashes can last up to two weeks.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes — all orders include a tracking number sent to your email.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment — but international shipping is coming soon for all Dolls!
Are your lash clusters reusable?
Yes! With proper care, ClusterDoll lashes can be reused up to 3–5 times, depending on your application method and how gently you remove/clean them.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, the order may already be processing.
Can I update my address after ordering?
Yes — but you must contact us before the order ships. We cannot change an address once the package is in transit.
What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with neighbors, the mailbox, or your local post office.
ClusterDoll is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, but we will help guide you through the carrier’s claim process.
