Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
This does not include weekends or holidays.
During launches, promos, or high-volume periods, processing may extend by 1–2 days.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, your package will typically arrive in:
• USA: 3–7 business days
(USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight)
We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
ClusterDoll is not responsible for packages that are:
• Marked “delivered” but not received
• Delayed due to USPS or carrier issues
• Stolen
If this happens:
- Check with neighbors or your leasing office
- Contact your local USPS with your tracking number
- File a claim with USPS
We will assist where we can, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier errors.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before checking out.
If you enter the wrong address and the order ships, we cannot refund or replace it.
