At ClusterDoll, we take hygiene, safety, and product integrity seriously. Because our products are beauty items that come into close contact with the eyes, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic nature of lash products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
• Lash trays
• Lash kits
• Bonds, seals, removers
• Tweezers and tools
• Any opened or unopened beauty items
This is to protect the safety of all our Dolls.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos of the product & packaging
3. A description of the issue
We will happily replace the item or send store credit depending on the situation.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After 1 hour, your order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages
ClusterDoll is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If this happens:
• Check your mailbox, neighbors, or leasing office
• Contact your local post office
• File a claim with the shipping carrier
We will assist you in guiding next steps, but we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
If you enter an incorrect address at checkout:
• Email us immediately before the order ships
• If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address, cancel the order, or refund you
